Please use one form per dancer. Make sure you understand the times and days of each class(es) you are signing up for. If you have any questions about level placements please contact the Studio before you register.

Registration closes Saturday October 11 at 1:00pm.

$40 registration fee invoice will be sent out within 2 days.
